I've seen her twice now, there's a woman who walks around the east side of Providence, RI at night. Her clothes are old fashioned mid nineteenth century I'd say and if you speak to her she asks you if you've seen her husband. Has anyone else seen the Providence Lady?. Submitted by CandidaV
Comment by Courtney: There is the legendary lady in white on Prospect St. She died on prospect when a car ( cars were fairly new at the time) rolled backward down the hill and crushed her. My tour (providence ghost tour) has seen her several times in recent years.

Be careful at Burnside park. There is a ghost there. I saw the ghost in the water of a fountain. I was just looking at the fountain and a face appeared. I could sense pure evil coming at me from this face but I couldn't stop looking. After a while I got a bad headache from it. I have had nightmares about death ever since this happened. I think it must have been some type of demon. Submitted by Qb
Comment by Austin: Now listen closely! You are being controlled by a demon. You need to go back to the fountain and stare down that demon. When he shows up you will throw salt straight in his face. After that the fountain should ideally be demolished but that kind of stuff is hard to convince authorities about. But you need to do the salt thing.
