We were also stuck there for 3 hours because our tow truck driver could not be located and while leaving a light was on in the window where we had previously saw the mist hours earlier. (there was nobody in the building and no cars outside and had a ''space available'' sign on the front of the building.
This was one of the most terrifying nights of my life.
