Man! .... I was. Just looking for some place to walk around tour and maybe take pictures in East Providence when I found this sight. I saw West Greenwich .. And this crazy emotion filled me ran through my veins moving me to actual tears; as I recalled the moment I saw the ghost.
The same emotion I felt when I saw her. I was on Naraggansett bay past Goddard park. Maybe this is the same ghost I haven't read the story yet just keep getting incredible chills.

I saw it.
It reminded me of a little statue. It's hard writing this post as I can't breath and keep becoming overcome with chills as tears pour down my face as I recall the night. I don't recognize this strange feeling but it assures me I saw her.
See me and a couple people I met during the hurricane went out on this dock and the kid was jumping off into the water, he felt so free. I worried for him as he had a few shots and at the time the
