Has anyone ever seen a ghost or floating orb at the Westerly Hospital?.

I recently visited the Ocean House. I was with a group of friends, and we went in to look around. We read the rules as we walked in and realized we were underdressed (we were wearing jeans. ) However, the staff didn't make a big deal out of it because we told them we were only briefly stopping in. My friends went down to the water. I did not mostly because I didn't want to get sand everywhere. They were at the water for twenty minutes, or so. As I waited, I became more and more uncomfortable.
As they all came back and we started to walk back to the house, I really wanted to leave, so I was the first one to make it to the house. One of my friends came to me because she could tell I was really bothered. I told her I felt like I was being very disrespectful by being underdressed, and I started to cry. I have no idea why. I even told her I didn't know why I was crying because there wasn't anything to be upset about. Once I got out front I started to feel better, but I got a very creepy feeling from the widows below the hotel name sign. Once I left the premises, I was fine.

This type of thing hasn't happened to me. I've been uncomfortable in places I have been told afterwards that the place was jaunted, but nothing like this. There was absolutely no reason to start crying. Nobody cared about the few in our group who had on jeans, or else we wouldn't have been allowed in and we weren't being stared at. You could not pay me to stay there. I don't care how posh it is. Has anyone ever heard of anything happening there? Also another bizarre question, is there any special connection between this place and an older couple who have passed on?.

Growing up I used to live on upper Canal Street in the early 90s. Well I used to walk down town all the time. One day I was walking to town heading down Canal. I walked under 78 under pass and took a left on Perkins Avenue. As soon as I got on Perkins, I heard singing very low almost like humming, so I walked over to look. There is a small hill right there actually pretty steep, maybe 8 or 9 feet. Well there was a girl. I'd say about 9 or 10 on her knees in a light blue dress with a blue ribbon in her hair. The dress she was wearing was very old fashioned. She had blonde hair. She also had a doll in her hands. She was brushing the dolls hair.
Well at that spot at that time there was an old washing machine, windows smashed, tons of trash over the hill people had been dumping for a long time there. I watched her I'd say 30 seconds. She looked as real as you or me. I started walking again I could hear her still singing. I got about 15 feet and turned around thinking to myself ''I've gotta get this girl out of there. She's going to get hurt. '' It was a Sunday, so in my mind I thought she might of just left church because she was dressed so nicely. Well on my way back to where she was her singing stopped. I looked over the edge; she was gone. I will tell you it freaked me out. I had goose bumps. There was nowhere she could have gone.
