Comment by Steve: So Bri you haven't responded to any of the comments posted on your story. It's hard to believe that you would make up something like that and choose the spot you said it happened at cause it makes no sense.
What time of day was it and have you looked into it any further? Very curious. You seen something that needs to be verified if true.

Comment by Bri: Sorry about the delayed reply.. I don't ever go on here. Its been 2 years since I've logged on here.. My story is true. I'm not a story teller. I had walked past that spot every day for years growing up and only seen that little girl twice.
I'm not religious.. But my parents were. I understand what your saying. But maybe she didn't go into the light or there was something keeping her there. Let God strike me down if I'm lying.. I know what I seen.
I know what I heard.. I've been many other place's where someone said some place is haunted and saw nothing.. I was pretty shaken by that hole experience. It actually bothers me to this day..

We saw that ghost coming out of the water at Paddys last year. Paddys is a bar in the summer on Misquamicut Beach. Exactly at midnight on Halloween night, you see a lady running out of the surf screaming for her child. It looks like she has another baby in her arms. They said that a boat sank and everyone died. This lady has on a long wet dress and a bonnet. She has long hair and is crying when she screams. We tried to get a picture of her with our phones, but nothing came out. You can see through her dress. She runs up on the beach and disappears into the dunes on the beach. I even heard where there is now a drink at Paddys for adults in the summer called Screaming Lady. Paddys is opened all year long, but not at midnight on Halloween. Me and my boyz are going again this year to see her. Really cool and very very scary. Will chill your bones off, so this is not for weak girls to see.
