Comment by Jarrod: Please look at the story submitted before yours. From 2009 through 2013 -- several friends and I experienced what we believe to be a Wraith on the rail trail (very angry evil black shadow figure). That spot where it ''opens up'' near the soccer field is where it likes to appear.

RAIL TRAIL BLACK FIGURE (LONG, IN-DETAIL)

Hey guys -- I've been a student at Castleton State College since 2009. Since my time here, me and five other people have witnessed a mysterious black figure on the opening portion of the Rail Trail (area located near the Spartan Stadium parking).
The figure is about the height of a man, completely black -- and I personally have seen it four times. With each successive time, I unfortunately have been more and more bold. The fourth time was perhaps my last time in toying with it though.
This figure appears at sunset, twilight and at night. The majority of time, I went along with two other people to show that I wasn't crazy. If there is a mocking skeptic in the group though, it won't appear. You have to have people who are sensitive to these kind of things come along, it'll most likely appear.
