When I was eight years old I lived in a house on Emeritus Street in Rutland, VT. I always felt watched in this house all the time. Specifically, my siblings and I were scared to go on the bottom floor of the house towards the garage because anytime we walked over there we felt this big dark cold presence no matter the day time or season. That part of the house was the weirdest.
One morning my sister and I woke up to go to the bus stop. I remember opening

the front door and saw something out of the corner of my eye, so I quickly closed the door while standing on the edge of the stairs inside the house frozen

to what I saw. There was a man maybe late 20s or 30 years old standing there staring at my sister and I right on the platform behind the door before you walk out the front door. He was scary with no facial expression and didn't say a word. He had one green eye one blue. He was Gothic looking. He had on black short, spiked hair, big combat black boots on with camo pants and silver chains hanging from each side of his pockets with a plain short sleeve
