In the third floor window of a now vacant building (dated 1830) which once housed the parole office on one of the town commons. I saw a stout woman dressed in a light blue dress looking eastward out the window.
She was there for maybe five seconds then suddenly the strangest thing happened. She started dis-appearing off to the right. Not as one would expect but as if she was being sucked into a vacuum cleaner just as if she was a character in a cartoon.

about a second she had disappeared in that fashion. She had dark brown hair which was about shoulder length. Even though I keep my out on the window from

time to time I have seen her there only once.
I wondered why the windows remained broken even during the winters. The windows are still broken just a piece of plastic covers the window.
