About six years ago I was looking at property in Huntington. My realtor took me to one of the most Eclectic residences I've ever seen located on Main Road up a steep hilly winding driveway. I recall being on the second floor on a short of loft level that overlooked the first floor. I was looking at a steep ladder-style staircase leading to an offset higher room. distinctly in my ear or immediately behind me. It was a young man's voice, and I believe it said ''hey, there.'' It sounded like it was right behind me,

just inches away but not a whisper and definitely loud enough for the realtor to hear.
I turned around expecting the realtor to be there and to perhaps have some kind of awkward interaction as there was no good reason for the realtor to raise the pitch of his voice and creep up behind me. Imagine my shock when I turned around, and the realtor was across the room perhaps twenty feet away. I asked the realtor if he had heard the voice, and he said
