Although it is not scary it is more an annoyance. Does anyone out there have any knowledge of why this may happening? As far as I know this is a quiet area and don't understand what may be causing this disturbance.

Comment by Martine: I posted the recent ghost sighting in Clayton and wanted to updated. We had 5 psychics at my house last weekend including one that was 91 years old! As soon as the psychics sat at my kitchen table they immediately confirmed ''this house is haunted'' one saw a ghost of a cow.

How weird is that! But she said the land used to be a dairy farm. I didn't even know that animals could be ghosts! Two others felt the presence of an older couple manning the farm. No uneasy feelings just presence of a time that once was.

Comment by Chuck: I am interested in this ghost story. We are buying a house in Jockey Hollow and would like to know more. There is an old farm house near our house and thought that might be the source. How close are you to the old farm house?.
Comment by Sabrina: I actually grew up in the historic house that used to be that farm. My family owned that land before it was made into Jockey Hollow and I can tell you there have been ghost sightings in that house and everywhere else on that land for as far back as I can remember.
