I haven't heard this, I've lived it. I live in Delaware City and often go for runs after dinner. On my route I pass a house. This house is rather old, but someone still takes care of it. It's windows are boarded up with what looks like wax paper and no one lives there. No one except the ghosts who take refuge in the residence. There isn't much information on the house except that it used to be an old dance studio/play house.
The house gives off

an unsettling aura, as if something is warning those outside to beware it. To stay away. I have stood outside the house and have taken pictures of the

windows, where faces are said to be found staring out at passers-by. I have stepped onto the porch of the home, a force making it difficult for me to set my feet on it. I touch the pillars and feel cold.
I watched my friend be thrown off of the porch and other friends act out strangely and out of character, also saying they've felt angry or sad when visiting the house. The house is dangerous with out a doubt. The things inside mean harm. They
