inserted in a lock to unlock the door. Then I heard the door open, so I shut my eyes so the light wouldn't bother me. When the door shut again I opened my eyes without moving and just looked to the end of my bunk to watch him walk by. I waited and waited with my eyes opened, but he never walked by.
I rolled over toward the door, and I saw a figure standing over my bed with one of those long Air Force parkas on with the hood covering his head. The hood

strings were drawn tight, so I could not see his face. I stared at him for a second trying to figure out what he was doing. Then he dissipated right in

front of my eyes. I jumped up, turned the lights on, and looked around, and couldn't find anything. It really freaked me out. It only happened once while I was staying there, but I never forgot it thirty years later.
