I live in Milford and the mansion Parson Thorne I have seen an old man walking about the house outside and I figured it was a regular man who may own that property was walking about his house or business.
Then I read a story on how it was a ghost. He had white hair and I sometimes saw a face figure looking out the far left corner looking at the house when I came from dance.

At an apartment on Roosevelt ave in Dover Delaware when I lived there in the early 1960's, there was a lot of activities in that house. At that time it was a apartment building. I don't know what it like today, but back then it was something else! The whole place had activities!!!.

During the winter in '04', I was in my room sleeping and I kept feeling like someone was breathing on me. I would wake up and nothing would be there. Until one night I saw a glow in the back part of my room, my closets started slamming closed.
I just hid under my covers trying to tell myself it was a bad dream. Before this incident, when I first got stationed there I was having nightmares about ghosts every night. I would wake up in sweats at times, but never knowing why until that night.
