In the Everett Theater I was rehearsing for a show with the rest of my cast during a thunder storm. The power went out which is understandable based on the intensity of the storm. Then the odd stuff started to happen. I saw the figure of a man in the left balcony above the stage. It wasn't just me. Everyone else saw him too, but as soon as we shined our flashlights on him he disappeared. We were escorted back to the annex to wait out the storm, and so the proctors could go find the man.
While we were waiting in the annex we heard banging sounds and running footsteps echoing in the theater. The proctors then came back and said that they had seen the man in the lobby, and when they called to him he sprinted up the stairs. They followed him, but when they got up the stairs he was nowhere to be found. After they finished telling us this the power came back on suddenly. The Everett Theater is definitely haunted!!!.
