My husband and I were staying above Sully's Pub and a week after moving in we heard stuff moving around all around us. Occasionally we would hear voices in the hall outside the apartment. The smell of smoke was often smelled in the living area.
We moved to a bigger apartment down the hall and would hear people walking in the kitchen. Our doors slammed shut and we would see shadow people in the bathroom area. I had no idea of the history until I decide to dig into the properties history.

Now it all makes a lot of sense.

The Everett theatre is very active. There is a seat in the front row that will just bounce up and down by itself. In the balcony on the left side - after a matinee you can hear a little girl laughing.
