We live in Adams Center near Union Cemetery. Our house is haunted by the man that built our house as well as the house next door. We found out he died in the house after we purchased it. The abstract arrived and right on top was his death certificate. We asked the neighbor that lived in the sister house if she knew any information. She told us she had known him in the years past, and he was rather unpleasant and mean. She also told us she believed that

his wife may have also died in the house. I have done no research as to the truth of the story. The older couple had one daughter; we have no information

on her either.
From the first day we entered the house, you could feel there was something just not right. The air had a thick almost heavy feeling about it. Not long after moving in the noises began. In the living room you can hear what sounds like heavy boots walking upstairs from one side of the house to the other back and forth.
