When I lived in Brogen Manor near the forest in Casypark. At night I'd see a glowing figure looking for something up in an old oak tree. This thing doesn't want it's investigation disturbed. So watch out it will charge at you with relentless speed.
It will chase you down until dawn. Trust me you don't want to run into it. It would wait outside the closest window or door. I still can't get a pic of it!.

Between eleven and twelve there was a glowing green figure in the far of distance? Of pitch black. It was located just in the distance of a bridge. Could have been drown. He wore a fisher mans outfit with a mustache.

He was an elderly man and was leaning on a tree. Definitely frightening and even more so in the pitch black.
