I lived on Starling Avenue as a child through my teenage years. My mother, sister, and I would see black shadows in hallways. We would hear voices, and no one was there. Holy pictures flew off the walls. I saw a ghost of a man when I was awakened at the foot of my bed. My mother saw the same man at a different time. The toilet would flush by itself at 2 and 3 in the morning repeatedly. Does anyone who lives here or lived here experienced any paranormal activity? I know the building was built in 1928. A lot of bad stuff has also happened while I lived there.

My elementary school was PS 36 located in Castle Hill Avenue in Bronx. I always felt something eerie in that building as a student. I remember the girls bathroom located in the lunchroom most times had an odd smell to it. It would be icy cold and dim lighting. Some stalls would feel as if someone was using it because I would have a hard time opening the doors. One time my friend and I walked across the school gym to use the water fountain. We left the door wide open, and out of nowhere the door unlatched itself and slammed real hard. We were so scared. We ran straight to class. .

I used to live in this apartment near 20 Oak Street. One night while I was laying in bed getting ready to go to bed a person was over me staring in my face with a creepy grin and pulled me off the bed!!! That's not the only thing though. Every night when everyone one else was asleep I would here whispering and squeaky footsteps!!!! We moved to a new house and now I don't experience these problems anymore; it was apartment 2 a. I will never forget.
