We have a helpful spirit that likes coffee. They turn on the coffee machine for me most of the time in the morning. It's a pleasant surprise! :) I know one of our dogs sees someone every once in a while. Once when we were baking the dog was staring at someone standing on one end of the kitchen. Bella our mini pin was standing on her hind legs begging the spirit. It may have been my grandmother (my mom's mom) as she had put her arm around my mom once

when my mom was out gardening. Something only she would do. My grandmother passed in Feb of 1999.

Comment by Ellie: Diana, I used to have a coworker who said he had a ghost that would help him do chores around his home in Reseda, CA. He said it would open doors and hand him a hammer or nails. He said it was great. He appreciated the spirit that helped him. I thought it was too strange, but I believed him. He was psychic, and I know that was true.

We moved to Centereach when I was a kid and I will never forget how scared I was the first time I saw a ghost in our living room. It was an old man just standing there. I saw him a few more times after that time but it wasn't scary after the first time.
