While the sun is up you may assume Dickinson Center, New York is exactly the same as any other town, but tormented ghosts of former times in this town don't seem to plan to pass on. The undeparted are everywhere in this town as the local residents will declare. Several local residents assert these stories are untrue, but the things that occur here in Dickinson Center in the moonlight hours will scare you.
