There's this pond by Speno Memorial Park where this guy dumped the dead body of his wife after he had murdered her. This happened decades ago. I'm not sure of the exact year. The ghost of the woman was seen along the edge of the pond until her husband was arrested a few weeks after the murder and her body was recovered from the pond.
After the arrest her ghost was never seen again but there have been sightings of orbs at the same spot where her
