At what is now Eyer Park is the location where 150 years ago a crazy old man, Jack Hanbury was his name, he started a forest fire on purpose in order to destroy a demon that he was convinced was dwelling there. Thing didn't go as planned for Jack and he was trapped by the flames and burned to death.
The park is haunted, there is a supernatural entity there that appears to people in the likeness of dead loved ones. Whether this is the demon Jack was trying

to kill or the ghost of Jack himself is the question that nobody knows the answer to.
