I was jogging down Main Street and I paused to catch my breath and that's when I saw a foggy figure in a window. He had a black hat on.

I lived with my cousins on Main Street on rt 5 in Elbridge for a few years and during that time my mom ran a small daycare in which a child's mother claimed to have psychic abilities. She told us that the house was part of the underground railroad and that there was several ghosts, we all thought she was insane.

Soon after me and my cousin were in the middle room talking and suddenly her sisters door opened by it's self. We figured one of the cats had done it so we called for the cat, and nothing, so I got up and closed the door. A few moments later it happened again and again. I got up and closed the door, we kind of just brushed it off and kept on talking. Then it happened a third time, only this time from the room came a laughter that was soo creepy it sounded like a young girl. The only thing is her sister wasn't even home.

We took off downstairs and told our moms, had to have been on of the scariest things ever !.
