My fiancé and I live in the apartment on the outside of the Holley Hotel (once called Downs Hotel back in 1850s). The minute we moved into our apartment in 2016 we have dealt with paranormal activity. Pictures have been pushed off the walls. A set of wireless speakers were seen sliding across our kitchen table and landed on the floor. Every night there is clanking around in our kitchen. I have seen our bathroom faucet turn on and run water by an unseen hand.

We once had a shadow person living with us, but he is gone. Late at night when all is quiet I hear classical music playing. Sometimes I hear people talking. It is well known that the inside of the Holley Hotel is haunted.
Many deaths have occurred in the building. Other tenants have told me about their experiences with spirits. It has been reported that there is a little girl looking for her teddy bear. If the thought of living with ghosts creeps you out, I'd steer clear of moving in here. I've grown used to them.
