My wife and I moved into small house which we purchased in 1992. Old and sorely in need of repair we proceeded to fix what we could with what ''extra'' money we had. During the first few months we would occasionally hear a thump or door would open and we just thought it's an old house, a drafty one at that! Well the windows were fixed the hinges were oiled and the attic insulated, then the footsteps in the attic started.

and both heard the same thing. Other friends of ours heard it as well and were relived to know we weren't losing it. In 2000 we had a baby boy and by

the time he was 3 he had started talking in his sleep, or so we thought.
I went into my sons bedroom one night before going to bed myself because I heard my son talking and then pausing as if carrying on a conversation. Opening the door I peered in to check on him only to see him sitting up in bed facing the closet door and eyes wide open.
He had a smile on his face and told me that he was talking to a man in green work clothes who was nice.
