There's an abandoned and sealed off freeway exit that crosses the river when you drive through Katonah. That freeway exit was the scene of a horrific accident when it was operational. One of the victims stayed behind as a ghost.
When you drive past it you can sometimes see her standing there. If you look closely you can see she doesn't have legs. Her legs were severed in the accident and she died a few minutes later on the scene.
