The house on 30x Loring Road in Levittown is haunted by the ghost of a man. The ghost would pass by the master bedroom frequently from the dining room area into the hallway past the bathroom and disappear into the back bedroom of the Levitt style cape home.
Once owned by New York Yankee catcher Doug Robins has an apartment upstairs and another one in the detached garage on the large property. The house has the Wantaugh Parkway running along the front of the house.

Strange sightings as well as lights would go on and off by themselves as well as the stairs would creak as someone was walking up the stairs, but the door at top of the stairs to the upstairs apartment is always locked.

The tenants never used the stairs, but were part of the living space in the lower part of the home.

Violet Lane; small child in upstairs hallway and a loud bang every night about midnight between the master bedroom's 2 rear windows. A black shadow in attic.
