I stayed after school one day. I was practicing my flute in the aditorium . I looked up to see something that looked like a girls head. When I looked to the far corner I saw I figure running across in circles.
Then I heard a drill sound and a scream. I have heard many stories of my school and hope some day we will find the spirits that haunt Newark Valley Middle School.

I was in the abandoned ladder factory with friends and when talking we heard noise in a dark room when sharp objects flew out of the dark at us as we fled. Word says that girls were murdered in there, and their spirits depressed the workers until they killed themselves forcing the factory to close down.

In Newark Valley Middle School, many who get on the elevator find that it stops mid-way between floors. Also, while I got on it in my time going to the school, it didn't stop, but a shadowy figure waved at me.
