When I was a child our family lived in ''the second house built in North Bangor NY''. It was the early 1960s when I lived there. The house was quite old coal in the dirt cellar from years gone by. It was a scary large home. The one thing that really sticks with me was a doll. It was a toy doll that had a pull string and various recordings that would play. It was a bit funny. You'd pull the head away from the body, and it would play various little comments,

such as ''I'm so silly! '' or ''I'm afraid of the dark! ''. At some point the recording changed from ''I'm afraid of the dark'' to ''I'm afraid of the

ghosts!''.

I believe I have been in that Crooks Corner house when I was a 13, 17 years ago! I never went in the basement but I did find an Oil of Olay bottle with a lock of hair in it. You could see the basement through the floor boards.
House did creep me out!! On the Harvey Rd in N.B. I saw through the window of my school bus a woman in a blue sweater and jeans walking a black lab, then the window frame blocked my view for a second and she was gone. The only time I know for sure that I saw an ghost.
