I lived in a place on the llama farm located on Evening Inn Road in Oneonta NY and I witnessed 2 children in old fashioned clothing lurking in the hall whispering to each other on more than one occasion.
I wasn't the only person to witness the figures of the 2 children which were a little colored boy about 5 years of age and a little white girl about 10 years of age standing in the hallway near the living room at night.

We also had animal bones appear on our back porch along with knocking noises on the front and back door but no one was there. We moved out after 3 years and the family that moved in after us experienced the same thing.
