I live in the Jefferson House south building on Charter Circle right near the Croton aqueduct. Since we've moved in (my fiancée and I) she has been haunted by a mischievous ghost. It has done everything; pulling her hair, tapping at the back window when I'm gone making her go the door in back where you can see everything for 400 yards in any direction.
Most tend to occur to her when I'm gone and I have only witnessed a few strange occurrences in the building. Other people seem reluctant to talk about it but I'm trying to talk to neighbors, but many don't speak English (mostly Korean and Chinese) but in have yet to ask the super.

He's a pretty chill dude so I may get some answers or get some history of the building and find out about any deaths or suicides. I know whatever it is isn't malevolent and just wants to mess with her when I'm gone, but I'm just curious if anyone knows anything about apartment building hauntings.

I don't know where to start, a house is easy but what do you do if the whole place is haunted? ! ? ! ? Wish us luck.
