Ever been to Lock Island at night? Well if you have you might have seen the ghost that haunts the island. It's the ghost of a worker who died during the construction of the dam. He appears in front of people briefly.
He's as clear as can be but is only visible for a split second, like a flash almost. I have seen him twice, but I must have been there a hundred times looking for him so it's not like you're guaranteed to see him if you go.
He has been

seen by many people though so if you're persistent and keep going you will get to see him eventually.
