At some point in time I was with my aunt who lived somewhere in Russell when I was a kid. One day I noticed an extremely dark black man wearing a red cape and having white eyes and a really disturbing smile.
He started walking in circles until I called for my aunt. When she came around he had disappeared. My sister later said she saw him in the same place saying he looked like the ''absence of light''.
