I was walking on Van Name Ave and Heusden Street on the left side of the block by the abandoned train track overpass. Coming towards me was a male in his 20s and he was very odd to me because he looked and dressed like in the late 70s.
His hair was parted in the middle flapped back and he walked past me. I turned around and he was gone. I told somebody about it and was told I probably saw one of the victims of Andre Rand that went missing and his body was never found.

I'm still creeped out about it.

At Ocean Breeze Park if you go down there alone and walk that main path that cuts through the park lengthwise. Right about at the middle of the park the main path is intersected by a smaller path. Right around there if you stop and close your eyes and just listen you will hear the voice of a little girl mumbling.
I have not been able to make out the words myself. Anyway when you hear her you open your eyes and you will catch a glimpse of her in front of your eyes. Just for a split second. Once you have seen her she won't appear again that time.
I have done it a few times and I have friends who have done it. You have to be alone. We've tried it with many friends and it didn't work. Does anyone know the background of this haunting. Was there a murder or something?.
