I lived in Walton my entire life. Only recently moving yet growing up there I've encountered many things. While sleigh riding at the Walton fair grounds myself and 7 other friends witnessed a man jogging through the snow on the derby track. As he got closer, I realized he was wearing a sweat band on his head, wrists shorts, a striped black, and white t shirt almost resembling an old jail outfit. As he got closer and closer, I noticed that I could see

him clearly with a grey hew about him yet could see the fence posts directly through him as he ran. We yelled to get his attention, and he didn't respond,

so we gave chase and quickly gave up as the snow was that deep. He kept running and out ran us, no problem. That is when I looked down and noticed he left no tracks and footprints what so ever.

I was probably 11 years old when I started having these weird things happening in my bedroom on Tripp Avenue. The house was in our family for 40 years, and my grandmother had nine kids that she raised in that house, but in early spring of 1988 my uncle, her second youngest soon passed away in a car accident at age 16.
