On Pease Hill Road in Whitney Point NY there is a very haunted house, right close to the road towards the end of Pease Hill. It's a white house that is boarded up. My husband used to know people who lived there years ago when he was younger.
Story has it that the house used to be a place of a funeral parlor a very long time ago. Also I've heard there is a graveyard very close to the house. Also I heard a young girl got accidently killed in front of

the house by a horse and carriage.
Last I heard the owner lives in NJ. It's been abandoned for years now. Just walking by the place gives me an eerie

feeling. It would be cool to have someone go there and check it out maybe try and get some EVPs.
I've always wanted to go and check it out myself but not sure how to go about getting permission.
