I saw someone in the water when I went for a walk on creek Lane in June of 2011. I believe that someone I saw was not human. My dog was with me, and he started howling all of a sudden at something I couldn't see at first.
He stopped walking and was just barking and howling. I went closer to the water to see what my dog was barking at. I looked around and didn't see anyone. Then I heard a big splash and some crunching leaves.
It was around 7:30 pm.

While looking for the source of the noises saw a black mass forming behind the bushes on the other side of the creek. It started floating upward but only

4 or 5 feet above the ground.
I can't really tell what it was and still don't know until today what I saw. Has anyone seen anything like I did. I was on Creek Lane only about 30 to 40 yards after Koon Street.
