from out there but I couldn't smell anything.
When walking back into the house the smell of brownies was overwhelming.... (after that I needed to go to the store to buy some brownies).

I lived on darrah Street in Brookville PA. When I was 10-11 years old I had to sleep in my brothers bedroom since we had company that weekend and through the night something woke me up. I opened my eyes and on the bottom of my brothers bed something was sitting there that looked like a gremlin (I know that sounds funny) but since that movie came out that is what I say it looked like before that I couldn't explain it.
It looked at me and it's eyes really did glow red. I covered my head up and tried not to breathe I was so scared but I just laid there.. About 15 minutes or so I heard another noise and uncovered my head and the thing was on my bed.
I screamed and jumped into bed with my brothers and of course that woke them up and then the thing wasn't there.. Noises were always coming out of the closet in the hallway upstairs and those were never explained.
