Pennswood Road crosses the railroad tracks on a short bridge. A bit over 20 years ago a man was mugged on that bridge and thrown off of it and died. His ghost still haunts that bridge. You can see him sometimes when you drive across the bridge.
He will appear suddenly in front of your car and then disappear just as fast. The old lower fencing of the bridge has been covered over with a higher one and I'm not sure if that happened after the murder in order

to prevent more similar deaths.
I don't know if the killers were ever caught and punished.
