I'm pretty sure a place I used to rent was haunted. My cat would wake up every night around 3 am and scream her head off. She would always hide under the bed or pace around and scratch at the walls.
I always had an unsettling feeling. I moved about 4 years ago and now my cat is the most calm animal ever.
