We were in the twin tunnels in Downingtown, PA. I personally live here in Downingtown I've been in these tunnels many times. But this one it was different you've all heard of the lady that hung herself in the middle of the two tunnels and you probably all think it's fake well my two friends and I saw a woman standing between the tunnels.
We thought she was a real person as we got closer we saw she had no legs. Then she look towards us and vanished. I now do believe it was the woman who hanged herself maybe it was maybe it wasn't I have no clue.

But I do believe there is ghost in those tunnels.

We were walking around my neighborhood together (we are cousins) it was a cold day and we say something strange it looked kind of looked like a person we knew but it couldn't have been because that person died four years ago but we called out their name and they looked back and then vanished into thin air.
Next we heard whistling and a moan something touched us then disappeared. We looked around but nobody was there.

At night I thought I saw someone a translucent figure crossing Stargazer Rd just after it crosses with Strasburg Road. I braked thinking someone was crossing the street as I saw it's legs move put on my brights and it was gone no one around there at all.
