While me and my friends were walking late at night at Kerr Park in Downingtown trying to dodge cops and not get into any trouble we stopped under the pavilion and saw something very suspicious. We are very interested in ghostly presents so we walked closer when we got down by the Brandywine River we saw that there was a guy standing on the rocks.
So we called out to him and said ''hey what are you doing down there. '' and he just looked at us and turned around and vanished. We then knew that we needed to leave before something was to happen.
