About 2 mins near Hazleton there is a small town called Harwood. There is a coal mine down the hill of the town. Danger: the mine has dangerous ghosts. You can get hurt!!! It was the largest coal mine in northeast PA.
My great grand dad worked there since he was little boy. It opened in 1856 and shut down in 1957. It was hard to work and in 1912 over 10 people died in the mine. Since it closed in 1957 reports of strange things happen like orbs, men in coal equipment, singing, and explosions.

I go to Holy Family Academy, the old Bishop Hafey. Every time I go in the library I see orbs. And a lot of my friends hate the library. On Dec 16 I heard voices and saw the ghost. I believe that a girl killed herself outside the library. What about you.

Comment by ghost rocker: I remember walking by one night when I was younger and heard a scream. When I turned around I saw a girl in the window crying when, I went to ask her what was wrong she vanished.
