On Jacob Street in Kittanning Pa there were reports of a girl in a white dress seen in an apartment building. A man and his girlfriend were sitting on a couch watching TV, and they both saw a little girl in a white dress. The next day the man saw that his daughter was playing, and suddenly he notice that she was talking to someone, but he and his daughter were the only ones at the house. He wondered who she was talking to, so he asked ''who are you talking to?'' The daughter said ''I'm talking to the little girl in a white dress on the stairs.'' He saw the same thing but never told her about it. She matched the same description that he saw that one night. The next day his girlfriend did research and found out that a little girl in a white dress had died in that apartment building.

Go out on Kittanning Bridge and look north towards the dam. Along the shore on the right side of the river you can sometimes see the ghost of a little boy. Look closely if you see him because he disappears within seconds.

This ghost boy has been seen for decades and no one really knows who he is. There have been some different theories such as it being a boy who drowned there but nobody noticed and he was just missing.
Well whatever the story is it is a sad thing to see. I feel sorry for the kid.

In Kittanning Senior High School white figures can be seen late at night near the wood shops and cafeteria. Possibly the janitor that was shot.
