I used to live on the first floor in an apartment building on West Chestnut Street in Lancaster, and I can say that this apartment was definitely inhabited by something. Pretty often I would go in the back door when coming home, and I'd always see the blinds in the bedroom window moving slightly like someone was looking out at me. Then I'd get inside, and there wouldn't be anyone there.
A lot of times I'd be woken up late at night to the sound of heavy breathing and a feeling that something was in the room with me. Then I'd turn the lights on, and there was nothing. Once I went to the bathroom at 4:00 am, and I saw a shadow behind me in the mirror. I also heard the breathing. When I turned around there was nothing. That was the last straw, and I moved out three weeks later. Just thinking about that building still gives me the willies.
