Ok, so you might have read another story or report like this but they didn't exactly explain it correctly . You see, it was a summer night, I would say around 8ish. It was dark already . Everybody wanted to scare themselves a little so we all told stories or imageries about ghosts.
After that, our other friend Amanda came down with her ipod. She has an app that they use in paranormal activity . You see, it tells you where the ghost is and what it

is saying. So, we used that .
Then since it was dark, we all went on the railroad tracks and did the myth that we were told . Our one friend, devin

told us that if you knock on the railroad tracks 3 times and wait, you will see a light something much like a lantern turn on and start to move around.
After that, if you stay there long enough, he will start coming closer and closer, he would be wearing a green shirt and ripped up pants, he carries an axe with him to make himself look tough, but he really isn't.
He was walking across the railroad tracks and pretty much thought he could beat the train,
