One night I became a ghost myself, I stopped breathing and came out my body. Scared I went to my mom and yelled out mommy two times. Then in a rush my soul went to my body.

Next day my mom couldn't explain, she told me she heard me yelling mommy out load on the 3rd floor, she said she went up but I wasn't there. I explained what happened and she believed me. In all I do believe in ghost.
PS they are souls of all types.

I lived in a jubilee style house in the lower Orchard section on long loop Rd. On several occasions while sitting on the couch facing the television which was next to the stairs both family members and I saw a shadow quickly move across the hall from the downstairs front bedroom into the bathroom.
