When you cross the bridge across Bald Eagle Creek west of Mill Hall you might sometimes notice a slight mist on the bridge. That is a ghost. You hardly notice it driving but if you cross the bridge on foot when the mist is there you will feel an intense chill go through your body straight into your bones and you will hear the voice of a man mumbling something incomprehensible.
I don't know the history of this place so well but it's obvious by what's

happening on the bridge that there must have been a death there and whoever died has come back to haunt.
