I moved to a share house on N 19th near Diamond. The home was built back in 1915, so it was a very old house with few updates. The share house had thirteen rooms, but about six or seven were occupied with other renters. Around May 2015 I was in my room with the door shut. The light in the hallway was on, as it was the common area, but it was about 3:00 am, so the place was quiet. My husband was asleep as well.
As I sat, a shadow that I could see

under the door caught my attention. It was almost as if someone was coming to knock on my door. The shadow hovered around my door for about ten seconds.

It was almost as if someone was listening with their ear to the door. I watched the shadow, and it finally left. I lived in the first room downstairs by the front door in a long hallway. The front door was to the left of me about ten feet away, and the kitchen was to the right of me about twenty feet away. The stairs were right in front of my room door.
