fifty years old now and need my dad to protect me from what lives in his walls.

I used to live in an apartment in the front of Greenhouse Internist for ages. Since I lived there for fourteen years, I saw three ghosts inside of my apartment building. I normally do not believe in ghost, but these were very scary. The first one was of an old wrinkled woman. It was just her face, and she attacked me while I was trying to go back to sleep. I thought I was seeing something and woke up with her flying over me. When I asked her if she was a ghost, she shot straight towards me, and my body shook like I was having a seizure. Needless to say, I did not sleep for days. Imagine explaining that to a doctor. I never mentioned it to anyone until my girlfriend who lived in the same complex three buildings over told me she saw the same ghost. It was exactly the same one, the wrinkled mean old lady.
The next one I saw I was in the laundry room and an old man dressed in overalls appeared with a pitch fork. He was pale and looked as if he was dripping wet. I was putting clothes in the washer. I saw him, and I was frightened. I kept walking acting like I did not see him, and he just stood there almost in a daze. He said nothing. I prayed quietly, put my clothes in the washer, and walked leaving him there. When I came back he was gone. Spooky.

The third one I saw was of a woman. I was lying on the couch, and I kept hearing someone walk around in my living room. I knew my kids footsteps with my eyes closed, so I knew it was not them. We had a wooden floor, so the weight was noticeable with my eyes closed. Mother's intuition. When I opened my eyes it was a woman with a heavy set wearing a skirt walking in the hall, but her head was screwed on backwards walking down the hall smiling. She was different compared to the other ghost. They were older and seemed from a historic time. This last female seemed as if she was from this century and not an old spirit. It was real creepy.

My dad and I were on a ghost tour. For most of the ghost tour we didn't experience any activity until we got to Washington square. Our tour guide tells us that Washington square used to be a potter's field (were social outcasts were buried) back in the 18th century. The owners also had a ''night market'' were doctors could pay a fee to dig up a body and butcher it in the name of ''science'' and then leave the body on the ground.
Back to the tour I started to hear a weird electric crackling coming from under the ground beneath me. The sound would also alternate from me hearing it in my right ear to my left ear. It started to freak me out, and I told my father. My dad said it was just the sound of cicada's echoing off the ground bellow us, but I wasn't having it. Nothing much other than that happened that night.
